Philip is the principal advisor for the practice. He has been dealing with private business clients & SME's for over 30 years.
He has a broad range of accounting and taxation expertise from establishing, restructuring, acquiring and selling businesses. He also works closely with clients on monitoring their business performance and implementing processes to improve profit, cash flow and the value on exit.
